In California, unfair competition allegations are used frequently in private action consumer protection lawsuits as well as suits brought by competitors for trade secret misappropriation, interference, civil RICO, and trademark infringement, among others. They are most powerful and dangerous when brought by the California Attorney General or local district attorneys in the name of the “People.”
The Law Offices of David H. Schwartz, Inc., has substantial experience successfully representing defendants in civil unfair competition actions, both those brought by public prosecutors and by private litigants.
If you are a party to or potential party to an unfair competition lawsuit, you should retain a law firm with experience in this type of litigation. San Francisco unfair competition attorney David H.
